If you would like to discuss what solution works best for your organization please fill in the application form and our team will be in touch within 48 hours with a link to book a complimentary 20-minute connection session to discuss your needs further.

What can we expect after we've decided on a solution?

Once you’ve decided on a solution that works for your organization our team will be in touch by email within 48 hours. You will receive a contract, that will need to be signed along with a payment link to complete the transaction. You will then need to send each team member a client intake form which would need to filled out and sent back to us before our sessions begin so we can make the most of our 45-minute sessions together. A calendar link will also be provided for you to share with your team members to book their sessions along with a unique zoom link for all our sessions together with your organization.

Where will the calls take place?

All calls will take place virtually over Zoom. All sessions will be recorded, without video if preferred and shared with the concerned team member at the end of the sessions if needed.

How does email support work?

It is common to have breakthroughs after the session is complete. Email support between sessions gives your team the space to share any wins they have or obstacles they might face so we can create more momentum as we work towards their goals during their 1:1 sessions. Email support takes place during the business hours of 10 am – 3 pm EDT, Monday to Friday.

Will we know what you and our management team discuss?

Due to the nature of the coaching relationship and as instructed by the ICF Code of Ethics, all information acquired by the coach, be it through assessments, interviews or coaching conversations, will be kept strictly confidential. This information belongs to the client.

How long are the sessions valid for?

Each solution is valid for the length of the package agreed upon plus an additional 28 days grace period to make up for any rescheduled sessions, although it is recommended that your team members book their sessions once a week for the length of the package you’ve chosen to be able to see significant changes and get into the momentum of stacking habits to accelerate their leadership journey. 

What if my team reschedules a session or forgets to show up?

Your appointments are very important to Marianne D’sa Coaching.  They are reserved especially for your organization. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and potential clients miss the opportunity to receive our coaching services.

Any appointment where the client show’s up over 10 minutes late, doesn’t show up, cancels, or changes without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

How does the pricing & payment work?

Our solutions come in three packages: Leadership Solutions, Executive Solutions and Customised Solutions. These packages differ in terms of price and features available. Payment is worked out on a price per employee basis, and fees are paid in advance. Schedule a conversation with us and we can run you through all of this, and find the option that’s right for your organization. 

How will we know if the coaching sessions are effective?

Coaching sessions are usually defined by an increase in morale and changes in behaviour. Session effectiveness will be measured at the end of the coaching package by using the 360-degree feedback tool with the team members that received coaching. Team managers will also be requested to complete a non-mandatory satisfaction survey along with a testimonial to share with the business owner.
